Cancellation Policy
$30 (50% of most popular service) deposit is required before booking.
This will be applied to your attended appointment.
If the initial appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded.
After initial appointment is attended, no deposit will be required.
If appointment is not attended, rescheduled/cancelled at least 48 hours prior to appointment time, or able to be completed due to late arrival, a $30 fee will be required to rebook. This does not apply to service costs.
If the fee is refused, no future bookings will be permitted. After two occurrences of improper attendance, no future bookings will be permitted.
Arriving 15 minutes or more late to your appointment will highly impact your service.
If the service is able to be completed, a $15 late fee will be charged. If there is a client after you, and their time is impacted, this fee will be offered as a discount. You may also be asked to choose a single color due to time constraints.
If the service is not able to be completed, this will be considered a no show and will require a $30 fee to rebook as stated above.
